01 Overview

A different kind of wellbeing support

Every organisation relies on people who can navigate pressure, change and uncertainty. Yet when employees face significant personal or professional challenges, they often need more than a brief intervention or signposting service.

Our approach combines therapeutic excellence with a deep understanding of organisational pressures. Whether an employee is managing stress, experiencing bereavement, navigating workplace challenges or looking to improve their emotional wellbeing, we provide access to experienced clinicians who understand both individual needs and workplace realities.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we deliver structured support through accredited clinicians, ensuring employees receive the right intervention for their specific circumstances. By offering access to a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we help individuals make meaningful progress while giving organisations confidence that support is being delivered to the highest clinical standards.

Our clinicians work across a broad spectrum of needs and are experienced in supporting employees at every level of an organisation, from frontline teams through to senior executives.

02 Triage & Expertise

The power of clinical triage

At the heart of the service is a carefully designed triage process that ensures every employee receives the right support from the very beginning.

Each individual begins their journey with a confidential assessment conducted by an experienced triage specialist. This assessment explores their needs, goals, circumstances and any safeguarding considerations before determining the most appropriate therapeutic pathway.

Rather than directing people into a generic support route, the triage process is deliberately individual. For organisations, this provides reassurance that employees are receiving professionally assessed, clinically appropriate care while maximising the value of wellbeing investment.

  • 01Matches the clinician, modality and level of intervention most likely to deliver positive outcomes
  • 02Enables earlier intervention and avoids unnecessary sessions
  • 03Assures organisations that care is professionally assessed and clinically appropriate

03 The Employee Journey

A seamless employee journey

The result is a joined-up, professionally managed clinical pathway that combines high standards of care with a positive employee experience.

  1. 1

    Referral

Employees can self-refer or be referred through established organisational pathways. Access is simple and confidential.

  2. 2

    Clinical assessment

Following initial contact, a timely 1-2-1 triage call explores needs, goals, urgency and any safeguarding considerations.

  3. 3

    Matched to a practitioner

Each person is matched with the most appropriate clinician, modality and level of care from the outset.

  4. 4

    Therapy and review

Clinicians set goals collaboratively, monitor progress and use outcome measures to keep support aligned to need.

Flexible and accessible

Modern workforces are diverse, distributed and working in different ways. The service is designed to fit around employees, not the other way round. Sessions are delivered virtually through secure online platforms or in person at workplace locations, with the same standards of quality, confidentiality and clinical governance for hybrid, regional and global teams.

Confidentiality you can trust

Employees must feel confident they can seek help without concern or stigma. All therapeutic relationships remain strictly confidential between clinician and client, with identifiable information shared only where consent is provided or safeguarding obligations require it, all supported by robust governance and GDPR-compliant data handling.

High-quality support that delivers value

Our triage-led model matches employees to the most appropriate level of care from the outset, helping organisations avoid unnecessary costs while maintaining exceptional standards. Expert assessment, targeted intervention and flexible delivery combine to provide outstanding value alongside measurable wellbeing outcomes.

05 Pricing & Reporting

A pricing solution that is clinically robust and commercially sensible

We operate a service level agreement to support your staff. A single annual triage fee acts as the gateway to the service; therapeutic care is then delivered through four tiered levels, matched to clinical need.

Annual triage & administration fee

from£4,950+ VAT

A clear, predictable baseline cost that ensures every employee who seeks support receives a timely, confidential and appropriate first response. The fee rises for organisations with more than 1,000 employees.

  • A dedicated 1-2-1 triage call within 24 working hours of referral or self-referral
  • Assessment of presenting needs, urgency and risk by an experienced professional
  • Clinical oversight, appointment coordination and safeguarding consideration
  • Confidential handling of employee information
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable reporting where appropriate

Why triage comes first

The triage process is an essential part of the model because it ensures employees are not simply passed into a generic support pathway. Instead, each individual is assessed by an experienced professional and matched to the right level of care from the outset. This helps avoid unnecessary sessions, supports early intervention, and gives employers confidence that the service is being used appropriately and responsibly.

The annual fee also supports the infrastructure required to manage referrals safely and consistently: a clinically governed entry point that provides reassurance that every employee receives the right support, at the right time, based on clinical need.

Tiered levels of care

Following triage, each employee is matched to one of four levels based on clinical need, complexity, risk and organisational context. The model is flexible rather than fixed: people can be moved up or down where clinically appropriate.

  1. 1

    Counselling

    £75per session

Structured counselling for employees who need focused, supportive intervention for lower-complexity or shorter-term needs.

  2. 2

    Therapists

    £90per session

Therapeutic support for employees with more complex, ongoing or clinically nuanced needs requiring a higher level of practitioner expertise.

  3. 3

    Evidence-Based Therapies (EBTs)

    £110per session

Specialist evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, EFT or trauma-informed approaches, matched to the employee's presenting need.

  4. 4

    C-suite executive support

    £250per session

Highly discreet, senior-level support for C-suite executives and senior leaders, recognising the additional complexity, sensitivity and organisational context of these roles.

Block budgets

£15,000 – £100,000+ VAT

Blocks can be bought in units ranging from £15,000 to £100,000 + VAT. Importantly, the stepped pricing model helps make the block budget work harder: employees are not automatically placed at the highest-cost level; they are matched to the right level of care from the outset and can be stepped up or down as their needs change, stretching the budget further while maintaining appropriate clinical quality, safeguarding and governance.

Reporting and outcomes

Insight without compromising confidentiality

To help organisations understand the impact of the service, we provide regular anonymised reporting and billing information. Reports may include utilisation data and wellbeing outcomes across the workforce, helping you identify emerging challenges and opportunities for support. No individual employee can be identified, so participants can engage with confidence while organisations make informed decisions about their wellbeing provision.
